Happiness Begins with Y-O-U


So you are unhappy? You don’t know what it is, is it your recent breakup? Are you homesick? Are you having problems with your friends? Regardless of the reason, it has caused you to feel unhappy. Since this is the case, instead of attempting to find a solution to the problem and attempting to figure out who or what is wrong it is important to evaluate yourself and focus on how you can become a better YOU.  First and foremost work towards not allowing external factors affect your personal mood and feelings of happiness. Just as anyone else you deserve to be nothing less than happy. Take time to get to know YOURSELF better. Do the things that you have always enjoyed doing but may have come “too busy to do,” take a trip to Lake Ella, or to a nearby beach to clear your mind. Please remember an important piece of knowledge William Shakespeare left with us, “to thine own self, stay true.” Always be your first priority :-)
